The patient was self-conscious about the chip to her upper left front incisor & uneven shade of her teeth. As the patient had veneers 30 years ago, there had been a space developing between her front teeth, and she had felt they were drifting out of alignment.
A combination of Enlighten whitening was used to brighten all of her teeth to reach a B1 shade, followed by the removal of both upper central incisor veneers and minimal re-preparation of the tooth surfaces.
Two bespokely designed natural porcelain veneers were then created, taking into consideration the patient’s natural anatomy, replacing the two upper central incisors with two new veneers.
The patient’s reaction was wonderful; she felt delighted, having been put at ease throughout the whole process and had faith that we would help her achieve the smile she always wanted.
